Instructions:
1. Shuffle the deck and deal 7 cards to each player.
2. The remaining cards form the draw pile.
3. Place the top card of the draw pile face up to start the discard pile.
4. The player to the left of the dealer goes first.
5. On your turn, you can either play a card from your hand or draw a card from the draw pile.
6. You can only play a card if it matches the number, suit, or both of the card on top of the discard pile.
7. If you cannot play a card, you must draw one from the draw pile.
8. If the draw pile runs out, shuffle the discard pile and turn it over to create a new draw pile.
9. The first player to get rid of all their cards wins.
