Instructions:
1. Shuffle the deck and deal 5 cards to each player.
2. Place the remaining cards face down in the center to form the draw pile.
3. Flip the top card of the draw pile to start the discard pile.
4. Players take turns drawing a card from either the draw pile or the discard pile.
5. If a player draws a card that they can play on the discard pile (same number, color, or special card), they play it immediately.
6. If a player cannot play a card, they draw a penalty card from the draw pile.
7. The first player to get rid of all their cards wins.
