Instructions
Gameplay:
* Each player starts with a set of 7 cards.
* Players take turns drawing a card from the deck and playing it onto the table.
* Cards can be played in two ways:
* Match: Play a card that matches the suit or rank of the card on top of the discard pile.
* Skip: Play a "Skip" card to skip the next player's turn.
* If a player cannot play a card, they must draw one from the deck.
* The first player to get rid of all their cards wins.
