Instructions:
1. Shuffle the deck and deal out 5 cards to each player.
2. Place the remaining deck face down in the middle of the table to form the draw pile.
3. Turn over the top card of the draw pile to start the discard pile.
4. Players take turns drawing cards from either the draw pile or the discard pile.
5. If a player draws a card that matches the rank or suit of the top card on the discard pile, they must discard it immediately.
6. If a player cannot discard, they draw a penalty card from the draw pile.
7. The first player to discard all their cards wins.
