3. Turn the top card of the draw pile face up to start the discard pile.
4. On your turn, you can do one of the following:
- Play a card from your hand that matches the number or suit of the top card on the discard pile.
- Draw a card from the draw pile.
5. If you cannot play a card, you must draw one from the draw pile.
6. The first player to get rid of all their cards wins.
