1. Shuffle the deck and deal 7 cards to each player.
2. Place the remaining deck face down in the center of the table to form the draw pile.
3. Flip over the top card of the draw pile to create the discard pile.
4. The player to the left of the dealer goes first.
5. On your turn, you can either:
- Draw a card from the draw pile.
- Play a card from your hand onto the discard pile.
6. If you play a card that matches the number or suit of the top card on the discard pile, you can force the next player to draw that many cards.
7. The first player to get rid of all their cards wins.
