Instructions:
1. Shuffle the deck and deal 7 cards to each player.
2. Place the remaining deck in the center as the draw pile.
3. Flip the top card of the draw pile face up to start the discard pile.
4. Players take turns drawing cards from either the draw pile or the discard pile.
5. If a card drawn from the discard pile matches the rank or suit of the card on top of the discard pile, the player places it on top.
6. If a player cannot play a card, they must draw from the draw pile.
7. If the draw pile runs out, shuffle the discard pile (except for the top card) to create a new draw pile.
8. The first player to get rid of all their cards wins.
