Game Instructions:
1. Deal 13 cards to each player.
2. Decide who will go first and then take turns clockwise.
3. On your turn, play a card that matches the suit or number of the card on top of the discard pile.
4. If you cannot play a card, draw one from the draw pile.
5. If you draw a card that you can play, play it immediately.
6. Continue playing until one player gets rid of all their cards.
